This masterclass will be hosted by our very own mentoring lead Louise Gelling and she will be joined by Rabea Thies, Head of People & Culture at Meister, as a guest expert.
As Head of People & Culture at Meister, Rabea works with her main area of interest — people. She is passionate about finding ways to foster team collaboration and innovation through talent-, leadership-, and organizational development. Well-defined goals with a clear focus are key for successful and innovative teams and as Meister’s OKR Master, Rabea is happy to share Meister’s insights on how to get there.
Louise has a background is in international relations and anti-corruption but she’s passionate about helping women succeed in their chosen fields, which is why she joined the female factor team.
