Our 1st edition of HRinTech: Vienna is focused on ways of boosting the effectiveness of recruitment and retention of the right talents for engineering/tech teams with the help of employer branding.
First impressions are crucial since there is only one chance that will determine either failure or success, which is why good employer branding is the key to a successful representation of your company. This is an important tool for reaching and attracting talent with technical skills or any other hard-to-fill roles. With competition nowadays, companies should use their culture, values, personality and work ethics to their advantage.
Developers are now in a position where they can have their pick of companies to work for. So the question that companies need to start asking themselves is how can we get employer branding right and tailor our approach to developers in order to beat the competition and win the best tech talents over?
In this talk, you will find the answers from top experts on talent acquisition and employer branding on how to do branding right (internally and externally) which will allow you to win the war in attracting and retaining tech talents, as well as establishing a company culture that thrives!
