What is the aim of the FF Mentoring program?
The goal of the program is the exchange between aspiring & first-time female founders and experienced founders, managers and experts who want to share their knowledge thereby enabling female founders to take their business to the next level. Over the course of one year, the mentors are actively supporting their mentees with feedback and industry know-how.
Who should join?
No matter if you’re a founder yourself, about to start your own business, working in a startup, being the intrapreneur in a corporate environment or if you’re just interested in meeting driven women who are willing to go the extra-mile: This happening is for you.

Why we do it
We love startups. We understand women. We haven’t found an event like this yet. That’s why we decided to do it the startup way: stop complaining, start doing. With this event, we want to bring women and startups closer together and provide a place to connect and have a good time. Our big aim: Empowering women through Entrepreneurship.

This event is hosted by Female Founders, a non-profit project by Tanja Sternbauer, Lisa Fassl, Nina Wöss & Mahdis Gharaei. Female Founders aims to become the hub for entrepreneurial women that empowers, connects and supports them throughout their entire career. No matter if you’ve already started your business, if you’re trying to make your first steps in the world of entrepreneurship or you’re just curious about this whole startup scene, you’re welcome to join.
