What you'll get to do

We are looking for a (Technical) Product Manager to join our team and take full ownership of features from ideation to release, driving innovation through close collaboration with customers, cross-functional teams and developers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast-growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

  • Take full feature ownership from ideation to release including research, concept development, developer handoff, developer support and quality assurance.
  • Be at the centre of communication between customers, customer success, marketing, sales, and development to drive innovative ideas for new features and products.
  • Interview customers to identify pain points and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain a product roadmap in line with the product strategy as well as cross-platform dependencies and upcoming opportunities.
  • Work with UI/UX designers and developers to create concepts and designs for new features, taking into account cross-platform dependencies, edge cases and technical requirements.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria and support developers, QA and product marketing through to the release of new features.
  • Specify product metrics dashboards and analyse data to understand usage patterns and inform decisions.
  • Research and understand trends in the construction industry, competitors and new technologies to identify new opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a university degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. software engineering, business informatics, computer science, etc.).
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • You are a team player with strong leadership and communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • You are comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation.
  • You are naturally curious, love facts & figures and have experience with product metrics.
  • You have gathered experience with UI/UX design and ideally cross-platform development (Web/mobile).
  • You are fluent in English (German is an advantage).
  • If you have a background in the construction or real estate industry and/or with B2B SaaS products then that's an advantage.

For applicants applying under an Austrian employment contract, the minimum salary for this role, as per the Austrian collective agreement, is €44.800, with the potential for a significantly higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
