Senior IT Support Specialist (f/m/d)
Your Tasks

• Effiziente Bearbeitung von IT-Serviceanfragen und -störungen über den Service Desk per Telefon, Remote, vor Ort und Ticketsystem
• Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung für Netzwerk- und Systemprobleme
• Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung und Lösungen für Hardware- und Softwareprobleme
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams/Servicepartner, um komplexe Probleme zu lösen und Serviceverbesserungen zu implementieren
• Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle und zeitnahe Kommunikation
• Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten zur Implementierung neuer Technologien oder Verbesserung von IT-Services
• Aktive Beteiligung an der Erstellung und Pflege der Knowledge Base zur Unterstützung von Kunden und internen Teams

Your Profile

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung einer IT-Fachschule/IT-Lehre, einschlägige Fachmatura oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
• Ausgeprägte und nachweisliche Erfahrungen mit MS Client OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Cloud Applikationen (O365, MS Teams, One Drive) und Microsoft Services (Active Directory/Entra ID, DHCP, DNS, GPO), File- und Print Services
• Erfahrungen mit Scripting und Automatisierung von IT Tasks sind von Vorteil
• Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im IT-Servicebereich, vorzugsweise im Service Desk Umfeld
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fehlerbehebung für Hardware, Software und Netzwerke
• Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Ticketing-Systemen und ITIL-Grundlagen
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln
• Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Geringe Reisebereitschaft, Führerscheinklasse B
