Product Manager - Mobile
Responsibilities
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap based on Global Blue's strategic direction and objectives, KPIs and consumer needs
- Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities to develop and optimize the user experience on mobile
- Together with the commercial counterpart, manage the entire product life cycle
- Drive and design a high quality user experience by partnering deeply with Design and User Experience
- Defines the product requirements based on inputs from business units and technical interaction with engineering teams
- Own, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog
- Promote the product to internal and external customers / partners
- Analyse feature performance, product KPIs and customer feedback to improve the journey and overall experience

Qualifications and education requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with customer-facing mobile technology - ideally experience working in transactional environments (e.g. banking, insurance, etc...)
- Completed education in the fields Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven ability to come up with new mobile products and develop them successfully in line with market needs and company strategy
- Experience in working with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of agile software development processes
- Basic data analytics skills
- Fluent in English
