Marketing Manager Immunology

We are looking for a Marketing Manager Immunology Austria who has a passion for patient health outcomes, with a drive to create marketing solutions, to come join our fantastic Alps (Switzerland & Austria) Immunology Team to be based in Vienna .
About the role
In your role as Marketing Manager Immunology you will drive the localization and implementation of the regional Immunology Marketing Solution strategy and action plan. This means you are accountable for the management of Immunology marketing solutions (projects & activities) in Austria, both locally or EU initiated. And ensure a holistic approach to the patient value unit, ensuring the delivery of high-level (impactful) value for patients, HCPs, and Payers. For this role it is needed to develop a strong collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Immunology therapeutic area
Who you will work with:
You are part of a team consisting of Marketing & Sales Lead you will report into, the Medical Solution Lead, MSL's and Healthcare Professional Partners. Furthermore you partner and co-create with external stakeholder's on key projects that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems. And align with the responsible MSL, Medical Solution Lead and Medical Governance to ensure the highest scientific and compliant standards of the solutions deployed in the cluster. KOLs, individual HCPs and payers to ensure Solutions developed drive meaningful and impactful value delivery for patients and stakeholders, and Patient Associations and Agencies. You report to the ALPS Immunology Lead.
What will you do:
- Develop local solutions for AT (Austria) in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements, and drivers (70/30 principle)
- Driver of the localization and implementation of the EU and Regional Immunology strategy and action plan in alignment with Alps Immunology Lead and AT Solutions Lead.
- Build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the solutions, measure their value and impact
- Coordinate with the Austrian Immunology/HS Solutions Lead the development of the Immunology Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP)
- Ensure local ecosystem PVBP is aligned with global strategies, regional and Area priorities
- Ensure area and local ecosystem PVBP initiatives are optimally balanced to drive maximum patient value from a Patient Environment's point of view
I nterested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:
- You have worked at least several years in a similar marketing role in Pharma
- Master's degree in business, marketing (digital) required, or degree in Life Sciences with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsets.
- Strong in communication (required languages ENG-German), developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers, business planning, tactical plan, and Omni-channel development plus execution
- Comprehension of different digital communication channels (e.g. programmatic advertising) and tools and ability to use them
- You have worked within multidisciplinary teams and cross functional project team management experience
- You are a networker with a positive mindset and can do mentality
