Head of Key Account Management Industrial Energy (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Lead a team of VM dedicated Key Account Managers across the Cluster including the assignment of a sufficient customer portfolio
- Set ambitious targets and measure KAM performance
- Coach and develop the KAM Team
- Present a strong Pipeline with Cluster Management on a monthly basis - rolling 12 months to prepare offerings and work on customer relationship at an early stage
- Drive an own customer portfolio for growth
- Execute potential analysis for new potential KA in the cluster as well as a targeted approach towards CA/RA Managers
- Drive Trends and deliver concepts together with all BUs (Air/Ocean/CL/Land) and create innovative and profitable solutions to complex and sensitive logistics issues with specialist departments within DB Schenker
- Market planning, business development and opportunity management for the Vertical industrial in the cluster
- Developing, organizing and managing regulatory compliance and quality process controls, KPI and Performance Measurement, as well as Reporting Processes to meet internal and external industry requirements.
- Point of escalation to customer related service and quality issues of high importance
- Driving the contract management process and integrates subject matter expertise about legal, risk, compliance, etc.
