How you spend your day with us

  • You focus on driving growth for our B2B SaaS product by generating new leads, reducing churn, and increasing upselling
  • You follow a systematic process to identify opportunities across the whole customer journey, develop hypotheses, prioritize growth experiments
  • You design and implement these experiments (e. g. traffic acquisition, email campaigns, landing page optimization, user onboarding, product improvements) hands-on within the team and evaluate them afterwards
  • You manage and improve existing lead generation campaigns and automated nurturing journeys
  • You work closely with an international team of marketing and product experts and step by step build together a dedicated growth team
  • You analyze relevant data by using existing tools or implementing new ones, define KPIs/OKRs and establish reporting procedures
  • You challenge the status quo and come up with innovative ideas, best practices, and state-of-the-art marketing technology

What you bring in

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital and growth marketing roles in a B2B/SaaS environment
  • A deep understanding of concepts such as funnels, customer personas, customer journey, A/B testing, CRO, lead qualification, etc.
  • A broad set of skills and hands-on experience to execute growth marketing experiments: campaign management, copywriting, CMS, design basics, marketing automation (ideally Pardot), web analytics, paid acquisition, user onboarding, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and draw the right conclusions
  • The ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JS skills to set up your own tests would be welcome
  • A curious and agile mindset; the willingness to continuously learn and improve

  • A salary which will be decided upon your experience and qualification. (According to legal requirements we provide the information that the minimum annual gross salary for this role amounts to € 41,366. -- for 38.5hrs/week)
