As Global Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and driving the future Learning & Development strategy at Mölnlycke. You will ensure the cultivation of an inclusive continuous learning culture, aligned to supporting positive business outcomes and growth. You will be making a significant impact in preparing the company for the future through relevant skills development.

Location: Fully remote based in Europe

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • As Learning and Development Expert you will develop a global learning strategy, suggesting learning solutions or creating ad hoc content.
  • Lead and continuously evolve our high potential Global Talent Development Programs.
  • Oversee and improve our People Leader Upskilling foundational trainings.
  • Contribute to a learning ecosystem that embraces self-led and agile learning for all employees.
  • Stay abreast of learning technologies & trends and integrate innovative tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through key performance indicators, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and own our Global Mandatory training certificates.
  • Collaborate with the Quality function in the deployment of the Global Compliance Training certificate.
  • Ensure LMS Framework is applied and governed according to responsibilities.
  • Partner with different learning vendors to assess new opportunities as business needs emerge.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Adult learning, Education, Psychology, Behavioral Science and/or HR
  • Proven inhouse experience (8+ years) in designing and implementing learning and development programs (LMS/LXP) in multinational companies.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, established theories, models and practices within leadership, team development, self-leadership.
  • Experienced with the learning cycle on how to design, build and facilitate learning and development initiatives in various formats such as E-learning, workshops and managing peer coaching groups.
  • Experience as HR Business Partner will be considered a plus.

  • Collaborative mindset, able to influence others, develop and maintain working relationships, driving and delivering results.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze data and review quantitative or conceptual problems and draw valid conclusions from the data.
  • Flexibility to adapt training programs to evolving organizational needs, industry changes, and emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Creativity and innovation to design engaging and effective training methods that go beyond traditional approaches.
