Director of Sales & Marketing

We are currently looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing strategies, managing the team on property, and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing our sales & marketing team to support performance and growth.
• Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing activities.
• Managing the sales & marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Required Skills :

• Completed studies in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Several years of experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make decisions.
• Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
