We are looking for a Data Quality Team Coordinator in our Data Management team to join us on this exciting journey! While it's well appreciated if you know your tech, what we're really after for this role are awesome leadership and project coordination skills, rather than a deep technical expertise.
Tasks
As our Data Quality Team Coordinator at Prewave, you will…
- Address people management needs, including organising team availabilities, coverage, and facilitating a positive work environment.
- Lead and facilitate weekly project meetings to drive team performance and knowledge enhancement.
- Oversee freelancer collaboration, contracts, and coordinate changes with a focus on quality assurance.
- Provide timely feedback on system issues, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Handle client escalations, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
Requirements
Must haves
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Ability to handle escalations and client interactions
- Critical thinking, decision making and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong empathy and people management skills, including freelancers
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Bonus points for
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems (e.g., Jira)
- Management experience in remote or hybrid environments
Benefits
- An extensive compensation package According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,396 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
