OVERVIEW

As our new Customer Care Intern in Vienna you will use your strong communication skills and passion for people as well as sports to support our users in answering questions or issues that may occur during the booking or payment process. Besides that you'll also get the chance of supporting the rest of the Customer Care Team in various projects like onboarding calls for new B2B partners.

Full- or Part-time Internship (30h - 35h / week)

Planned start: February 2025

Length: 6-12 months

Location: Vienna, Austria

YOUR TASKS

  • Drive B2C communication, efficiently managing ticket processes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Proactively monitor and report data security matters to the designated team, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Collaborate with the B2B team on diverse projects, including crafting and refining help center articles, proofreading content, and supporting various key initiatives
  • Assist in special projects that align with our mission, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company

YOUR PROFILE

  • Student enrolment status at a University or FH
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
  • Solid English skills for communicating with your international colleagues
  • Great communication skills and a genuine motivation to be part of the Eversports team

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience in B2C communication or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Hubspot, or other software tools
  • A passion for sports and its industry
