Octapharma specializes in the development of highly pure pharmaceuticals made of human blood plasma. As part of a family-owned enterprise, Octapharma in Vienna is not only the largest production site, but also a successful research location of the Octapharma Group. Your new challenges which will inspire you:

• Support process mapping, analysis, optimization and harmonization of workflows and applications on different production sites of Octapharma
• Compile information to support the implementation of innovative new tools and applications for more efficient handling of routine and project processes
• Coordination of activities with relevant stakeholders (IT / vendors / competence centers)
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools for QCs on a global level

Your profile that will convince us:

• University degree (MSc, Phd or equivalent) in natural sciences (bio(chemistry), biology, biotech-nology or equivalent)
• 2-3 years professional experience in pharmaceutical industry especially in the field of quality control (GMP environment) is a plus
• Willingness to travel (Europe)
• Skilled in using MS Office
• Fluent in German & English (oral and written)
• Ability to multitask, high level flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Teamplayer with strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.307,50. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay salaries higher than collectively agreed.
