Caroline Chayot is a Partner at Atomico where she helps companies hire, develop and retain the best talent in Europe. Previously she led the EMEA HR team at Twitter, where she supported the leadership team in scaling the business from two to six markets and grew the team from 80 based in London to 500 across the region. Prior to that, she worked at Google in HR for 9 years.
Claudia Leitão is the Global Head of People and Culture at Pipedrive, one of the world’s leading sales CRM software providers. Claudia manages Pipedrive’s HR team and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy in the areas of hiring, talent and onboarding.
Marie Moesgaard is the Country Manager for Pleo Germany. After being responsible for the global customer success team in the headquarters in Copenhagen, she moved to Berlin and now is heading the German team and expansion. Coming from Denmark, she is on a mission to drive a company culture based on trust and transparency instead of micromanagement and control.
