? THE EXPERTS:
Asetila Köstinger is an innovation economist, a community builder and an impact entrepreneur based in Vienna. She is the founder of the GoodStartup School -a global virtual incubator that aims to help women and underrepresented communities worldwide to build tech and non tech impact startups.
Asetila speaks, trains and writes regularly about the implications of inclusiveness, impact and innovation in sustainable entrepreneurship. She was awarded the European Good Practice Award in training in SME Internationalisation by the ETF European Training Foundation in 2018.
As an impact entrepreneur and CEO she runs her two companies -Greenwell Energy and Koestinger International Consulting both aligned with at least one of the SDGs. For over a decade she worked ( and lived) in different countries as a consultant and expert in different SME projects, private ventures and start-up ecosystems.
Catrina Poor is a public speaking trainer and acting coach based in Vienna, Austria. A professionally trained opera singer, she specializes in the techniques of storytelling and vocal health, helping entrepreneurs and public figures to turn their voice into a professional asset, and communicate with their public clearly and memorably. She is the founder of Voice Lessons Vienna: www.voicelessonsvienna.com
Laura Dumas Kozub Lady master networker and go-to for building a team. Laura supports startups with HR strategies to source, build and develop a team. She has a background in human resource development, extensive international experience and has managed all aspects of the HR function from recruiting, to training, to expatriate management. With a corporate background, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for diversity and inclusion, she is committed to empowering more women to create impact initiatives.
