InovaReal: Wiener PropTech-Startup holt 250.000 Euro Investment
Über die App von InovaReal können User:innen ihre Immobilien via Smartphone verwalten. Das Startup will noch dieses Jahr in die Golfregion expandieren.
Verkauf, Vermietung und Investment – das sind drei Vorgänge die das Wiener Startup InovaReal mit seiner App für Immobilien-Besitzer:innen digital abbildet. Damit wolle man zum “Game Changer im globalen Immobiliengeschäft” werden, heißt es vom Unternehmen. Im Herbst 2022 offiziell gestartet, ist das Wiener Startup hierzulande noch nicht am Markt. Dieses Jahr will man zunächst in der Slowakei starten, dann aber schon bis Ende des Jahres ein Franchise-Netz in der Golfregion aufbauen, wie es in einer Aussendung heißt.
Pre-Seed-Investment “zu 40 Prozent aus den Vereinigten Staaten”
Für diese Pläne nahm InovaReal nun ein Pre-Seed-Investment in der Höhe von 250.000 Euro auf. Die an der Runde beteiligten Investoren werden vom Startup nicht genannt. Nur soviel: “60 Prozent des Kapitals stammen von Investoren aus der EU, 40 Prozent aus den Vereinigten Staaten”.
Slowakei als “Pilotprojekt” für InovaReal vor Markteintritt im DACH-Raum
Das Kapital soll in die Produktentwicklung und die oben erwähnte Expansion fließen. “Der Eintritt auf den slowakischen Markt hat für uns auch deshalb Priorität, weil die Slowaken so genannte ‘Early Adopters’ im Bereich der Technologie sind. Ähnlich wie viele große internationale Unternehmen sehen wir in dieser Region eine große Chance, wertvolle Rückmeldungen von begeisterten Nutzern neuer Technologien zu erhalten”, kommentiert InovaReal-CEO Lukas Makovsky. Da das Land nicht groß ist, könne man sich schneller an die Bedürfnisse des Marktes anpassen. Nach diesem “Pilotprojekt” werde man “auf den österreichischen Markt oder in die DACH-Region treten”.
Award-Gewinn brachte Team Connections in der Golf-Region
Mitgründer Martin Pavelek führt zu den Plänen zum Franchise-Netz in der Golfregion (GCC-Region) aus: “Im Mai dieses Jahres wurden wir bei den AIM Global 2023 Investment Awards in Abu Dhabi unter mehr als 150 Startups in die Top 15 der Pre-Seed-Kategorie gewählt. Diese Auszeichnung hat nicht nur die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer App bestätigt, sondern vor allem interessante Geschäftsgespräche in der GCC-Region eröffnet”.
