Aus einer aktuellen Deloitte Umfrage geht hervor: Jeder vierte Finanzvorstand setzt angesichts der herausfordernden wirtschaftlichen Lage auf Personalabbau.
Die halbjährliche Umfrage der Unternehmensberatung Deloitte zeigt ein klares Bild: Zwei Drittel der österreichischen CFOs rechnen in den nächsten sechs Monaten mit steigenden Personalkosten. Mehr als ein Viertel der befragten Finanzvorstände plant deshalb Stellen abzubauen.
Die Ursache für diese Entwicklungen ist womöglich die allgemeine wirtschaftliche Unsicherheit, für welche sich mehr als die Hälfte der Befragten CFOs aussprachen. Diese Unsicherheit wirkt sich vor allem auf die Personalpolitik der Unternehmen aus. Knapp 60 Prozent der Befragten erwarten zudem eine Verschlechterung des Investitionsklimas im kommenden Halbjahr, was vor allem auf die schwache Konjunkturprognose zurückzuführen ist.
„Österreichische Unternehmen stehen derzeit stark unter Druck. Unsere Umfrage hat gezeigt, dass eine deutliche Mehrheit in Anbetracht der aktuellen Situation Kostensenkungen für eine wichtige Maßnahme hält. So sehen trotz Fachkräftemangel fast 40 Prozent der CFOs einen Stellenabbau als geeignete Maßnahme, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen“, berichtet Gerhard Marterbauer, Partner bei Deloitte Österreich.
Deloitte: Unternehmensstrategien werden angepasst – Ball liegt bei der Politik
Die aktuelle Lage zwingt österreichische Finanzvorstände dazu, ihre Unternehmensstrategien in den kommenden Monaten neu auszurichten. In der Deloitte Umfrage gaben daher 88 Prozent der CFOs an, das Wachstum in bestehenden Märkten vorantreiben zu wollen. Zusätzlich fokussieren sich rund 86 Prozent der Befragten auf weitere Kostensenkungen, ohne konkrete Maßnahmen zu nennen, sowie rund 83 Prozent der CFOs eine Verringerung des Betriebsaufwandes anstreben.
Um die österreichische Wirtschaft wieder auf Kurs zu bringen, richtet Gerhard Marterbauer einen eindringlichen Apell an die Politik: “Das sind düstere Aussichten, die nur durch einen Zusammenschluss von Wirtschaft und Politik gemeistert werden können. Von der künftigen Bundesregierung braucht es zielgerichtetes und sachorientiertes Handeln sowie Maßnahmen, die das Wirtschaften für Unternehmen wieder erleichtern.”
